Multimedia plays a vital role in spreading health awareness effectively and widely in today’s society. For example : waterborne diseases diarrhoea, dysentery, typhoid fever, cholera, Hepatitis A, jaundice, etc., happens due to water pollution

• Through TV, radio, the internet, and social media, multimedia messages can be spread to urban and rural populations alike, reaching people in remote areas where traditional education may not be available.
