Solution
- Economical: Since the company does not have to pay for hiring people from outside the organization, internal sources of recruiting are cost-effective. There won't be as many applicants, and the best one will be chosen based on seniority, merit, or both.
- Upgrading of several employees: Current workers at the company are given the chance to advance. A promotion of one individual automatically promotes a number of other workers further up the ladder. This results in the upgrading of various staff.
- Familiarity with policies: When current employees receive promotions, they already know the rules, plans, and real working circumstances of the company, so they don't have to waste time and effort understanding them.
- Employee's morale: Promotion from the inside enhances the employee's morale. Because of the internal advancement philosophy, they are upbeat and enthusiastic and give their all when they work. Morality has a major influence on motivation, productivity, and engagement.
- Availability of experienced employees: Promoted staff members were already working as juniors when they were promoted, so they are familiar with the organization's policies and procedures and operate without any issues. The fact that new hires are competent and experienced and don't require any official onboarding or training benefits the company as well.
