tanθ + `1/tanθ` = 2 .......…[दिलेले]
∴ `(tanθ + 1/tanθ)^2 = 4` ......[दोन्ही बाजूंचा वर्ग करून]
∴ `tan^2θ + 2 (tanθ) (1/tanθ) + 1/tan^2θ = 4` ......[∵ (a + b)2 = a2 + 2ab + b2]
∴ `tan^2θ + 2 + 1/tan^2θ = 4`
∴ `tan^2θ + 1/tan^2θ = 4 - 2`
∴ `tan^2θ + 1/tan^2θ = 2`
