Your Majesty, I agree that the pot I built and sold to the mortar maker was defective. I had no idea that this mistake would lead to such a sad tragedy. However, it is the mortar maker's fault because he was not careful when manufacturing the mortar. He should have brought the damaged pot to me rather than using low-quality mortar. I believe the Thief merely reaped the results of his acts of kindness.
