Muscular force:
The force applied with the help of muscles is called muscular force. It helps in performing tasks like lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects. Muscles work together with bones to create movement. When lifting or moving an object, the muscles provide the force needed to complete the action. Muscular force is used in daily activities such as walking, running, writing, and even chewing food.
