The perimeter of a rhombus is 46 cm. If the height of the rhombus is 8 cm; find its area.

Solution
Let a be the length of each side of the rhombus.
4a = perimeter
4a = 46
a = 11.5 cm
We know that,
Area = Base x Height
= 11.5 x 8
= 92 sq.cm
