Solution

Let y = sin2 [sin–1 (x2)]

= [sin{sin–1 (x2)}]2

= (x2)2 

∴ y = x4 

Differentiating w. r. t. x, we get

`("d"y)/("d"x) = "d"/("d"x)(x^4)` = 4x3
