(2) Growing old is a natural process that every individual goes through. We can be a friend & a listener to them as they have many experiences to share with us which can be useful ahead. We need to be a part of some NGO who supports old age homes, especially focus on their diet & medicines and provide them all sorts of mental, financial & social help.
