उत्तर
12 men = 18 women
∴ 4 m =`18/12xx4`
= 6 women
Total women in second case = 4 men + 8 women
6 + 8 = 14 women
18 women can do a piece of work in 7 days
Let 14 women will do the same work in x days
∴ 18: 14: : 7: x ........(Less women, more days)
⇒ 18 : 14 : : x : 7
x = `(18xx7)/14` .......(Using inverse proportion)
= 9
∴ They will complete the work in 9 days
