Solution

An action of nitrous acid on ethylamine

An action of nitrous acid on ethylmethylamine

When the nitrous acid reacts with primary amine like C2H5NH2 it gives ethanol while when nitrous acid reactions with secondary amine like ethylmethylamine it gives yellow oily N-nitrosamine.
