उत्तर

The correct order, in terms of human welfare, should be as follows:

Penicillin > biogas > citric acid > curd

  1. Penicillin: Penicillin is an antibiotic used to treat pathogenic bacteria. Today, we are unable to imagine a world without antibiotics because they have greatly enhanced our ability to cure deadly diseases like plague, whooping cough (kali khansi), diphtheria (gal ghotu), and leprosy (kusht rog), which used to kill millions of people worldwide. It should be given the greatest priority.
  2. Biogas: As we face a major fossil fuel crisis in the near future, biogas has the potential to be a viable and excellent alternative to fossil fuels. It can be used as fuel for heating, cooking, lighting, irrigation, and other applications. It is considered an environmentally friendly and pollution-free energy source.
  3. Citric acid: Aspergillus niger ferments numerous carbohydrates to create citric acid. Citric acid is utilised in a variety of applications, including medication, dyeing, mirror silvering, ink production, and food and candy preservation.
  4. Curd: Curd is made by fermentation of milk. Lactic acid bacteria serve as fermentation agents. Curd is more healthy than milk since it contains a variety of vitamins and organic acids.
