Integrating both sides, we get

⇒ `log sec y = log x + log "c"`

⇒ `log sec y - log x = log "c"`

⇒ `log|(sec y)/x| = log "C"`

∴ `secy/x` = C

⇒ `x/(sec y) = 1/"C"`

⇒ `x/secy` = C  ....`[1/"c" = "C"]`

∴ x = C sec y
