A. Indoor Games:
- Indoor games and sports are a variety of structured games or competitive physical exercises, typically carried out either at home, in a well-sheltered building, or in a specially constructed sports venue such as a gym, a natatorium (a swimming pool, especially one that is indoors), an arena or a roofed stadium.
- They include chess, card games, games played with gamesmen and dice, carrom, etc
- Kachkavadya or Chaukabara, or as Indian Ludo Sagargote played with a bunch of seeds or stones, is usually played by girls.
- Bhatukali (playing house) is usually played by girls. However, all the members of the family can also participate in it, especially in the mock wedding of a girl doll and a boy doll.

B. Outdoor games:
1. Indian Sports:
- The games which have their origin in India and are deep-rooted in Indian culture are called indigenous games.
- Langadi, Kabaddi, Atyapatya, Kho-kho, and other games are played in India.
- Marbles, Lagori, Vitti-Dandu or Gilli-Danda, Bhingari (whorls), Bhovare (tops), Phugadi, and Zimma are among the most famous Indian games.

- Professional opportunities are favorable for athletes that excel in regional, national, and worldwide contests.

She used to get up early, work out for an hour i.e., two ghatikas on the Mallakhamb, then go for rounds on horseback and an extended elephant ride. She would have khurak (a diet designed to increase physical strength) and milk after two hours i.e., four ghatikas in the early morning. She then took a bath.' |
