`cos^2theta + cos theta = 1`

  `cos^2theta + cos theta =1` 

LHS = `cos^2 theta + cos theta` 

        =`1- sin^2 theta  + cos theta `

        =` 1- ( sin^2 theta - cos theta )`

    Since LHS ≠ RHS, this not an identity.
