Given, EG = FI

EG + GF = FI + GF  ...[Adding GF on both sides]

EF = IG

In ΔDEF and ΔHIG,

DE = IH  ...[Given]

EF = IG  ...[Proved above]

∠E = ∠I  ...[Given]

By SAS congruence criterion,

ΔDEF ≅ ΔHIG
