Area of the given figure = Area of section with 6 cm + Area of square with side measure 12 cm + Area of semi-circle with radius 6 cm
= `(22 xx 6 xx 6)/(7 xx 4) + (12)^2 + (22 xx 6 xx 6)/(7 xx 2)`
= `(11 xx 18)/7 + 144 + (11 xx 36)/7`
= `198/7 + 144 + 396/7`
= `(198 + 1008 + 396)/7`
= `1602/7`
= 228.85 cm2
Hence, area of the given figure is 228.85 cm2
