Centralisation means that the power is concentrated in the hands of the people in top management only. In other words, only few people in the organisation have the power or authority to take decisions; the others are expected to follow them.

After completing her Bachelors in Fashion Designing from a well-known college in France, Aditi has opened a boutique in a posh market in Kolkata.
