Esprit de Corps: According to this principle, the management must work towards promoting team spirit among employees. In other words, there must be unity in work. Employees must have a feeling of belongingness and mutual trust towards each other. Following this principle is specifically important for large organisations where the teamwork is essential for the achievement of objectives.
Order: According to this principle, for efficiency to improve, there must be proper arrangement of things in the organisation. In other words, material things and people should be at the right place. This helps in smooth operations. For instance, files and other data must be arranged in proper order so that they can be easily located and used when required.

After completing her Bachelors in Fashion Designing from a well-known college in France, Aditi has opened a boutique in a posh market in Kolkata.
