उत्तर

Online shopping has changed the way we purchase goods and services. People nowadays avoid shopping offline or going to showrooms and outlets because they can now order anything with a single click. One of the primary advantages is that it saves time by allowing consumers to shop from the comfort of their own homes rather than visiting physical locations, with many e-commerce companies offering cash-on-delivery. The ease of use is enhanced by the huge selection of internet products beyond what any one seller could offer. The payment process is fast and simple, and online consumers frequently receive discounts unavailable in physical organizations. However, online shopping has certain limitations, which may differ based on location, seller, etc. Delivery delays are a significant source of concern. There is also a possibility of receiving imitation merchandise. The platform is prone to scams, with users occasionally falling victim to fraudulent schemes or false product descriptions. Credit card fraud and fraud are two dangers one may face. Another concern is the intricacy of returning products, which may be difficult and time-consuming. The inability to view or touch the thing before purchasing might lead to disappointment if the item does not meet delivery expectations.

It is widely believed that people do their best work when they are promised rewards for their achievements. Our schools and workplaces operate on the assumption that good work occurs when people are competing for grades, money, or recognition from others. In truth, the prospect of rewards provided by others can inhibit and limit people’s drive and creativity. People do their best work when motivated from within by their enjoyment of a particular challenge and their satisfaction in doing something well.
