For preventing the occurrence of disease following precautions should be taken:

1. Take balanced diet
2. Maintain proper hygienic conditions
3. Maintain proper sanitary conditions
4. Health education and awareness about diseases among masses
5.  Clean air and safe drinking water
6.  Medical checkups at regular intervals
7.  Vaccination.
