| There are five main steps in cutting a diamond. First is planning, where an expert carefully plans how the diamond will be cut using computers and the latest technology. Second step involves Cleaving, in this process diamonds are used to cut another diamond into multiple pieces. Third Process involves Bruiting, in this step the diamond is shaped into a specific cut. This process is the most intensive and takes the most time for perfection. Fourth process involves Polishing phase of the diamond. Finally the last step is Inspection. An expert will use specific magnifying galsses to review its cut and value. |
