Dear Rohan,

I am writing to share some exciting news! Following a recent initiative at school, I decided to enrol in the weekend language learning classes we started. As you know, our country is so diverse, and I’ve always felt that learning a new language is as essential and enriching as learning to play the piano.

I chose to learn Kannada, the language of one of our neighbouring states. Honestly, it has been a fascinating experience! Initially, I thought it would be very difficult, but now I find myself really enjoying the nuances of the grammar and the beautiful pronunciation. It has truly opened my eyes to a new culture and has made me realize how powerful communication can be in bridging gaps between people. It has been quite a refreshing change from our regular academic routine.
