We have,

Now we know that,

Volume of a cuboid = (Length) × (Breadth) × (Height)

Then, the volume of the playground = `2420 1.5/100  m^3`  ...`(∵ 1  cm = 1/100  m)`

= 7.2 m³

Therefore, the cost of covering it with gravel is ₹ 15 × 7.2 = ₹ 108
