Solution
Given, Diameter of a circular field = 56 m
∴ Radius =`56/2` = 28 m
Circumference of the circle = 2πr
= `2xx22/7xx28` m
= 2 × 22 × 4 m
= 176 m
The cost of fencing 176 m is,
= 176 m × ₹80 per m
= ₹14,080
