Solution

Let the cost required be x

Number of cans of juice 6 4
Cost in rupees 210 x

As number of cans increases cost also increases.

∴ They are in direct proportion

∴ `(x_1)/(y_1) = (x_2)/(y_2)`

`6/210 = 4/x`

6 × x = 4 × 210

x = `(4 xx 210)/6`

x = 140

Cost of 4 cans of juice = 140
