a : b = 4 : 7 ⇒ `"a"/"b" = 4/7`
`(6"a" - "b")/("a" + 3"b") = (6 "a"/"b" - 1)/("a"/"b" + 3)`
= `(6 xx 4/7 - 1)/(4/7 + 3)`
= `(24/7 - 1)/( 4/7 + 3)`
= `17/25`
