Given:

  1. Cube with side = 7 cm
  2. Cube with side = 10 m

Step-wise calculation:

Formula: Total surface area of a cube = 6 × (side)2.

a. Side = 7 cm

SA = 6 × (7 cm)2

SA = 6 × 49 cm2

SA = 294 cm2

b. Side = 10 m

SA = 6 × (10 m)2

SA = 6 × 100 m2

SA = 600 m2

  1. Total surface area = 294 cm2.
  2. Total surface area = 600 m2.
