= (2xy)3 + (3a)3
= (2xy + 3a)((2xy)2 - 2xy x 3a + (3a)2) [∵ a3 + b3 = (a + b)(a2 - ab + b2)]
= (2xy + 3a)(4x2y2 - 6xya + 9a2)
∴ 8x3 y3 + 27a3 = (2xy + 3a)(4x2y2 - 6xya + 9a2)
