Solution
(2a + b)2 + 5(2a + b) + 6
Let (2a + b) = x
(2a + b)2 = x2
(2a + b)2 + 5 (2a + b) + 6
= x2 + 5x + 6
= x2 + 3x + 2x + 6
= x(x + 3)+2(x + 3)
= (x + 3)(x + 2)
= (2a + b + 3)(2a + b + 2)
(Substituting the value of x)
