I'm afraid of darkness because it reminds me of loneliness and suffocation. The darkness often makes me feel lonely and insecure, causing emotions of loneliness and suffocation. The unknown might appear stressful in the lack of light, leading to basic feelings of weakness. However, during this darkness comes the potential for thought and progress. We may break free from this fear by tackling it head-on. Accepting darkness can lead to a better understanding of yourself and the world.
