Solution
Let the distance travelled by truck in 5 hours be x km.
25 minutes = `25/60` hour = `5/12` hour
| Distance (in km) | 14 | x |
| Time (in hours) | `5/12` | 5 |
⇒ `14/(5/12) = x/5`
⇒ `(14xx5xx12)/5 = x`
⇒ x = 168
∴ Distance travelled by the truck in 5 hours is 168 km.
