\[\text{ Then }, u' = 4x; v' = \cos x\]

\[\frac{d}{dx}\left[ \left( 2 x^2 - 3 \right) \sin x \right] = \left( 2 x^2 - 3 \right) \cos x + 4x \sin x \]
