  1. As we know that, the age group of 10 yr to 40 yr is to be divided into classes of equal width, starting with 10. Then, the classes of equal width can be written as 10 – 15, 15 – 20, 20 – 25, 25 – 30, 30 – 35, 35 – 40.
  2. The width of the classes is 5, as the difference between upper class limit and lower class limit is 5.
  3. In the age group of 10 – 15, the number of literate females is the least.
  4. In the age group of 15 – 20, the number of literate females is the highest.
