∴ A' = A

Let P = B'AB

P' = (B'AB)'

= B'A'(B')'  .....[∵ (AB)' = B'A']

= B'AB  .....[∵ A' = A and (B')' = B]

∴ P' = P

So, P is a symmetric matrix
