The principles of management influence the behaviour of employees in the organisation and are formed on the basis of human behaviour in different situations. This helps in getting a clear picture with regard to the relationship between human and material resources in an organisation. That is why we say that management principles are behavioural in nature.

The quality of the products was beginning to decline and market share was on the verge of decrease. Actually the company had implemented changes without creating the required infrastructure.
