\[\therefore \text { Slope of the line }= m = \tan\theta\]

\[ \Rightarrow \text { Slope of the line } = \tan\left( \frac{3\pi}{4} \right) = - \tan\left( \frac{\pi}{4} \right) = - 1\]

Hence, the slope of the line is \[- 1\].
