I am Ankita, a savings account holder in your bank. I wish to bring to your notice the issue of repeated failed ATM transactions that I have been facing at your local branch ATM.

Recently, when I tried to withdraw money using my ATM card, the transaction failed multiple times. Although the amount was not dispensed, in one instance the amount was temporarily debited from my account, causing considerable inconvenience. I immediately contacted the toll-free customer care number, but the response was unsatisfactory and the issue remains unresolved.

Due to this problem, I have faced financial difficulty and unnecessary stress. I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently, ensure that the debited amount (if any) is refunded at the earliest, and take necessary steps to prevent such issues in future.
