⇒ `lim_(x → 1) (f(x) - 2) = π lim_(x → 1)(x^2 - 1)`
⇒ `lim_(x → 1) (f(x) - 2) = π (1^2 - 1)`
⇒ `lim_(x → 1) (f(x) - 2) = 0`
⇒ `lim_(x → 1) f(x) - lim_(x → 1) 2 = 0`
⇒ `lim_(x → 1) f(x) - 2 = 0`
∴ `lim_(x → 1) f(x) = 2`
