Compute the first four terms using a_n = a + (n − 1)d:

= 3

a2 = a + (2 − 1)d

= 3 + 1 × 0

= 3

a3 = a + (3 − 1)d

a4 = a + (4 − 1)d

= 3 + 3 × 0

= 3
