Short Answer

Solution
Transfer RNAs (tRNAs) are primarily located in the cytoplasm of the cell. While they are originally synthesised (transcribed) inside the nucleus, they are quickly transported through nuclear pores into the cytoplasm. Once there, they are found either floating freely or associated with ribosomes, where they perform their essential role of translating the genetic message into a protein chain. In eukaryotic cells, tRNAs are also found within mitochondria and chloroplasts to support the independent protein synthesis that occurs inside those organelles.
