  1. Fundamental Rights give citizens the most needed liberty. On the other hand, Directive Principles of State Policy create an atmosphere conducive to the growth of democracy.
  2. Although we cannot go to the courts if the government does not implement a directive, we can put pressure on the Government to make a policy in accordance with the Directive Principles.
  3. This implies that the Directive Principles and Fundamental Rights are both specified in the Constitution with a common goal of public welfare.

Therefore, we can assert that the Directive Principles and Fundamental Rights represent two aspects of the same concept.
