3. In the present day, geography is also developing in a number of transdisciplinary fields. As a result, geography is currently a more dynamic scientific field. For instance, two recently developed subfields of geography are the creation of the Geographical Information System (GIS) and the Geographical Positioning System (GPS).
4. The scope of geography has expanded in the modern era due to the application of scientific methodologies and modern technologies. And as a result, geography students now have a wide range of professional options. Thus, in the present day, geography students need to familiarize themselves with both hard and soft abilities.
