You can’t deny how important sports are for shaping your attitude. It’s good for the mind and body in many ways. Sports not only make people fitter but also change how they think and feel. When kids play outside, they connect with nature. The elements are sunlight, air, and even the feel of the ground help muscles and think more clearly.
A good run on the ground is good for your heart and lungs. In addition, strength and energy improve, along with a strong digestive system. In addition, sports keep you from getting sick. The problem of teen fat has grown in a world where people don’t move around much. More time spent in front of a computer is bad for health and can lead to lifestyle diseases like diabetes and heart disease.
A good workout is good for both the body and the mind. A wise person once said, “A strong mind in a strong body.” This is why old Indian martial arts like Kalaripayattu got a lot of attention. Along with that, people were urged to play sports like polo, wrestling, boat races, and kabaddi. But now it’s all about team sports like cricket, football, and hockey. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who watch, but not many people who actually take part in them. People need to get interested in these sports again so that countries can do well in international games. In addition, sports make people better people. A strong ability to lead, get along with others, be disciplined, and deal with loss are all important traits that sports focus on developing. People who play sports learn to be calm when they succeed or fail. On top of that, young people who choose to make sports their career will have job possibilities.
