Attitude and behaviour

Solution
Studies reveal that attitude predicts behaviour. People frequently support political candidates or ideas they like and criticise things they don’t. The relationship between attitude and behaviour is evident.
A strong bond requires matching attitude and behaviour. Research shows that positive attitudes lead to positive behaviour and negative attitudes to avoidance or bad action. Someone who dislikes milk won't drink it.
Ajzen and Fishbein’s Theory of Reasoned Action (1980) states that attitude and social norms affect behaviour. We can predict someone's actions based on their beliefs and intentions.
Sometimes behaviour changes attitude. Due to social pressure, being kind to someone you don't like may affect your opinion of them.
In conclusion, attitudes shape behaviour, but social standards and respect can change it. Still, their relationship is usually good.
