Solution

When a bee stings a person, it injects an acidic solution into the person’s skin, which causes severe pain and irritation. This acid has to be neutralised by a base and not another acid. If we apply vinegar, which is a weak acid, the pain worsens. Hence, it is wrong to treat a bee sting with vinegar.
