Solution

Reaction: \[\ce{4NH3 + 5O2 -> 4NO + 6H2O}\]

According to Gay-Lussac's Law:

4 volumes of NH3 produce → 6 volumes of H2O (steam)

Calculation:

Volume of NH3 required = `4/6` × Volume of steam

= `2/3 xx 130  cm^3`

= 86.67 cm3

86.67 cm3 of ammonia gas is required.
