What complications will arise if the blood of an Rh-positive person is transfused to an Rh-negative person and vice versa?

Solution
When Rh+ blood is given to Rh- person, the Rh antigen induce the formation of anti-Rh antibodies in the recipients blood. This leads to agglutination of the blood. The transfusion of Rh- blood to Rh+ person produces no complications because no antibodies are generated in the body against Rh- blood as it has no antigen
