Solution 1
Total Outcomes 62 = 36.
The sum of two numbers greater than 9
Possible Outcome ⇒
(4,6) (5,5) (5,6)
(6,4) (6,5) (6,6)
= 6
∴ P(E2) ⇒ `6/36`
= `1/6`

Solution 2
The total number of all possible outcomes = 62 = 36
The sum of two numbers more than 9
= {(4, 6), (5, 5), (5, 6), (6, 4), (6, 5), (6, 6)}
Number of favourable outcomes = 6
∴ P(getting sum of two numbers more than 9)
= `6/36`
= `1/6`
