Solution

The way we see ourselves changes depending on how we look at our place in the world. It is a balance between two equally important truths:

  • You Are Unique: Every person is a one-of-a-kind combination of experiences, talents, and perspectives. Recognising your individuality is empowering it means your voice and your actions have a specific value that no one else can provide. You are the only one who can live your life the way you do.
  • You Are One Among Billions: It is equally important to remember that you are just one person in a world of eight billion. This isn’t meant to make you feel small; it is meant to be liberating. It helps you keep your ego in check, reduces the pressure to be perfect, and reminds you that everyone else is also fighting their own battles and pursuing their own dreams.
