∵ Sum of two rational number = `(-7)/12`
and one of them = `13/24`
∴ The other rational number = `(-7)/12 - 13/24`
`= (- 7 xx 2)/(12 xx 2) - 13/24`
`= (- 14)/24 - 13/24`
`= (- 14 - 13)/24`
`= (- 27)/24`
`= (-9)/8`
